The form will include: a) Mandatory data, marked with a special symbol, necessary for the correct management of your registration and subsequent participation in the training event and to allow you to use all the tools related to the training course (teaching materials, access codes to dedicated platforms, etc.). Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to use all or part of the training service offered. b) Optional data, but useful for facilitating your participation and managing the additional purposes described below. Failure to provide this data will not affect your ability to participate in the training event nor will it have any consequences on the relationship established with the company. |

| DESCRIPTION | During the exercises that will be carried out in the classroom, we will make some audiovisual recordings that will be reviewed together with the students in order to evaluate the exercise itself, identify any mistakes made, and propose solutions. The recordings, which will be used exclusively for educational purposes, are therefore functional to the course itself and will be deleted at the end of the training session. |

Completing the questionnaire, accompanied by the personal data requested in the form, is optional; therefore, the decision to complete it or not will have no effect on the service offered under the existing relationship. |

Consent to receive the newsletter is optional and may be revoked at any time. Therefore, any refusal to grant consent or its future revocation will have no effect on any relationship established with the company. |

For the purposes mentioned above, no automated decision-making process or profiling is envisaged.
The personal data collected will be processed by expressly authorized persons, adopting appropriate technical and organizational security measures and exclusively for the purposes mentioned above. In addition, IT technicians and IT staff who oversee the operation of our IT system may have incidental access to the data.
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain access to your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted, or to restrict its processing, or to object to its processing (Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR – a copy of the articles and the relevant application form can be requested from the above addresses).
If you believe that the processing violates the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data, you may lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or take appropriate legal action.
